Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.
How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (LETO SPACE GmbH, Stremayrgasse 16, 8010 Graz, Austria, office@leto.space) by a clear statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required.
To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and within 14 days, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you.
Early expiry for digital content
For digital content supplied online, your right of withdrawal expires if performance has begun after you have (a) expressly consented to immediate provision before the withdrawal period ends and (b) acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We obtain this consent and acknowledgement at checkout before granting access.
